Diabetes has affected my family line for many years. I decided that something need to be done to stop this trajectory.
While doing research, I noticed that in all reports, diet, and nutrition, movement, sleep, and management of emotions., play a major role in physical health and wellness.
When we eat the right kinds of foods, exercise, and maintain a happy frame of mind, we will experience a healthy body that functions at its optimal level.
